Teras Newsroom·Announcement
Building Thailand's next generation of cyber defenders.
Centre For Cybersecurity Institute (CFCI), Singapore, and Rangsit University, Thailand, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to bring the Teras cybersecurity training platform to Rangsit's students and faculty.

The announcement
A partnership to grow Thailand's cyber workforce from the centre out.
Pathum Thani, Thailand — 24 June 2026 — Centre For Cybersecurity Institute Pte Ltd (CFCI), Singapore, and Rangsit University (RSU)have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at a ceremony on the University's campus, marking a partnership to bring practitioner-grade cybersecurity training to Rangsit's students and faculty through Teras.
Teras is the institutional cybersecurity training platform built by CFCI — the Singapore training institution founded in 2021, behind 400+ practitioners trained and a network of 40+ hiring organisations. It brings the methodology used in Singapore's cyber workforce training, now available through Teras, to universities across Southeast Asia.
Under the agreement, Rangsit University's College of Digital Innovation Technology will integrate the Teras platform — hands-on cyber-range environments, an AI-guided learning companion, scenario-based missions and a faculty dashboard — into its programmes. The University's lecturers will train to lead delivery through CFCI's Train-the-Trainer programme.
The collaboration begins with a pilot cohort and a structured review, with a pathway to a wider rollout — part of a shared ambition to build a skilled cybersecurity workforce for Thailand and the wider ASEAN region.
